The main assembly area is a ‘line build’ area. We also have additional capacity in off line bays which allow us to ramp up production to increased levels as required. There is a separate ‘final inspection’ and valeting bay.

• Off line there are the following facilities:
• Engineering workshop .
• Sub Assembly for preparation of floors, ceiling panels, side wall
  panels, centre consoles,
• CNC Bay
• Upholstery Site
• Electrical Sub Assembly for preparation of minor looms, ‘pinning’
  of lights, fitment of siren speakers to bumpers
• Air Conditioning Bay for sub-contractors to carry out installation
  and commissioning of air conditioning systems to the vehicle
• Stores Area, with separate storage areas for – Metal, Glass, Seat
