- 3 Years Warranty on all Conversion Elements.
- The Warranty & Service/Maintenance will be provided in conjunction with our local partner IGTC. IGTC personnel will be given On-the-job training at our facility during conversion. We will gladly host HMC personnel also during the build.
- We will be assisted by suppliers on certain aspects
- The oxygen system will be supported by Oxylitre whose local agent will carry out the warranty obligations and will carry out the servicing as recommended by Oxylitre
- Livery will be supported by PVL who have in country support in place which is already supporting HMC.
- ACETECH Systems will be supported in country by their existing local partner
- Autoclima which is represented by Fisher Panda in the UK will be supported in country by their existing local partner
- Excelerate will be supported in country by their local partner (if the option is taken up)
- We will be providing IMPREST stock of all parts used in the conversion. If successful we will develop and agree final listing with our local partner. The inventory will be reviewed at least quarterly and replenished. Where there is excessive usage apart from replenishment, we will do a Root Case review to see if any further actions are necessary.
- If successful we will prepare a detailed Operating Procedure setting out the operating guidelines, response time and reporting procedures.
